Pocket Mortys arrived as a mobile phenomenon, built on the back of the Rick and Morty universe. Adult Swim Games needed the experience expanded across platforms without losing what made it work. We handled the technical architecture, performance tuning, and multiplayer systems that let players carry their adventures forward. The result was a seamless port that respected the original while opening new doors for the community.

Engine submitted draw calls redundantly under Switch memory constraints. Required profiler-driven systematic pass across
Netcode assumptions made for mobile didn't hold under Switch latency profiles. Full netcode rebuild was necessary.
60% memory reduction achieved through texture atlasing, streaming changes and asset pipeline restructure.
