We believe in a creative process of sharing new ideas, learning and developing new skills, and trying new things, all while working on some seriously exciting projects. We are committed to fostering an open, creative environment in which everyone in our team can bring their own unique thoughts, experiences and insights to the table, and we wholeheartedly welcome and celebrate people from all walks of life into our team to make our vision happen.
We’re currently working on some exciting projects that we can’t share too much about yet, but we work on a mix of client projects with some amazing people and we’ve started developing our very own original IP. Our website needs a little TLC but you can see some of the latest things we’ve been working on here!
As production assistant, you’ll be working closely with our wonderful bunch of developers and production team. You’ll be learning how to create technical teams to define roadmaps, milestones and sprints to drive projects towards the finish line, as well as assisting with planning and scheduling all the various projects we have on the go.
From day one you’ll join in and shadow on our existing projects to become familiar with our production pipelines. We would like you to be able to assist with task logging and setting up sprints through our scheduling software and helping to document items from our different production meetings.
After six months of joining our team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the production of a project or feature, with the guidance and support of our senior team members. You will have gained the necessary skills and knowledge to work independently, demonstrating a strong understanding of the production pipelines. You will be responsible for creating and managing a project or feature roadmap, collaborating with the wider team to ensure that objectives are met. You will also facilitate sprint planning sessions and retrospectives, ensuring that tasks are documented effectively on Jira and completed within designated timelines.
If you’re looking for a challenging and fulfilling role in the games industry, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow and develop your skills while working with a talented and supportive team. Come join us on this exciting journey and let’s create games together!
