Job Brief:

We are looking for a Graduate Producer with a passion for new tech to join our team and help with project management. As we are a small team you will be involved in all stages of our projects, from initial concept to the completion and will need to excel in managing both the high-level tasks (scheduling, resource planning) to the daily low-level tasks such as dealing with ad-hoc issues and problem solving. This isn't just a project management role and requires a more rounded and flexible approach to what it means to be a producer on a small team. Responsibilities:

  • Implement game development strategies and secure key deliverables as agreed with project leads
  • Collaborate with others to plan effective timescales/roadmaps
  • Support day to day management of team members and projects as a whole
  • Assess and manage risks related to projects
  • Measure financial impact of projects relating to their budgets
  • Organize and Conduct focus testing and usability tests
  • Develop and maintain project documentation
  • Prepare presentations, reports and applications in relation to projects/future projects
  • Present both internally and externally to games media/clients
  • Act as a point of contact for clients
  • Assist with client outreach and researching new work leads
  • Perform Ad hoc tasks as needed

Experience and Skills

Requirements

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Interest in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Tech
  • Good time management
  • Good understanding of Unreal/Unity or similar game engine
  • In depth knowledge of video game market, qualities of leadership and/or knowledge of technology
  • Excellent knowledge of common project management methodologies and software
  • Excellent presentation/public speaking skills

Desirable Experience

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Experience of developing gameplay mechanics
  • Experience with Maya, Photoshop or similar production tools
